LIBRA, now in Kashmir Valley is setting new standards of English Language in Valley by offering unique global programs right here in Srinagar at a fraction of what it would cost students to pursue them abroad. In an increasingly competitive global marketplace, it has become important to have international qualifications and experience. We recognize the potential of our students and the contribution they can make in the Society and global workplace, and it is our endeavour to make high quality relevant education available to the large Valley students.
